The mainly difference between Financial Assistance Scheme(Grant Loan) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme from Student Financial Assistance Agency is the asset review is required for the Grant Loan.
Financial Assistance Scheme(Grant Loan) is composed by two parts，which are Grant & Low Interest Loans. Grant is also divided into two kinds, one is called Tertiary Student Finance Scheme(TSFS)，and the other is called Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students(FASP).
As for Non-Mean, it is divided into three kinds, which are Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students(NLSPS), Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students(NLSFT) and Extended Non-Means-Tested Loan Scheme(ENLS)。
